Description
The Mirage III is a supersonic fighter manufactured by the French company Dassault Aviation. It has been widely used by air forces around the world. Mirage III pilots were responsible for flying and maintaining these combat aircraft.
Mirage III pilots had to be highly qualified to fly these aircraft, and were trained for a variety of missions, from air defense to ground strikes. The transition to more modern aircraft gradually replaced the Mirage III in many air forces from the 1980s onwards, but it has left a lasting imprint on the history of military aviation.
This Mirage III pilot bust, sculpted and painted by Ronan Poirier and 3D-printed in 1/10 scale, reproduces the equipment worn by Mirage III pilots with extreme precision and detail. This is an exceptional piece for military aviation and model-making enthusiasts, offering a faithful representation of the outfits and equipment used by the pilots of this emblematic aircraft.
This bust is delivered unpainted and with the 3D printing supports to be carefully removed.
